Casita Studio 55 – Studio Use Agreement & House Rules

Welcome to Casita Studio 55!

To ensure a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all, we ask every guest to review and agree to the following policies before using the space.

✅ Studio Rules & Conduct

  1. 🚭 No Smoking / 🍷 No Alcohol

This is a 100% smoke-free and alcohol-free studio.

Please do not bring or use any smoking devices, vapes, or alcoholic beverages on the premises.

  1. ⚖️ Legal Use Only

All activities conducted in the studio must be legal, non-violent, and respectful.

  1. ❌ No hate speech, discriminatory content, explicit adult content, weapons, or any illegal or harmful activities are permitted under any circumstances.

  1. 🌼 Keep It Clean

Clients are expected to leave the space clean and tidy. All trash should be placed in the bins provided. Furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original positions.

  1. 🎛️ Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for all equipment used during your rental period.

Please treat all microphones, lighting gear, backdrops, and furnishings with care.

Any damage, theft, or misuse may result in additional charges.

  1. 📷 Studio Monitoring

For your safety and the protection of our equipment, the studio is equipped with non-invasive video surveillance in shared/common areas.

No cameras are placed in restrooms or private changing areas.

  1. 👥 Maximum Capacity

The studio can accommodate up to 10 people at a time.

Please do not exceed this limit for safety and comfort reasons.

  1. ⏰ Time Management

Your rental period begins and ends at the time you booked, including setup and teardown. Going over your scheduled time may result in additional fees.

  1. 🧑‍⚖️ Liability Waiver

Casita Studio 55 is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damages caused by clients or their guests during the session.

  1. 🔒 Studio Access

Entry and exit times will be coordinated upon booking.

Please do not share the access code or allow unregistered guests into the studio without permission.

By signing below, I confirm that:

  1. I have read and understood the house rules and policies of Casita Studio 55.

  2. I agree to respect the space, its equipment, and the guidelines outlined above.

  3. I accept financial responsibility for any damages caused by myself or my guests.

  4. I understand that the space is monitored by security cameras for internal safety.

  5. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in fees, termination of the session, or denial of future bookings.
